Install Syrinx

Requirements

• Windows 11.
• Microsoft Edge WebView2 Evergreen runtime.

Installer architecture and additional hardware requirements are pending.

Download and verify

Visit Download for the version, release date, installer size and SHA-256 checksum. The installer URL is currently {DOWNLOAD_URL} and no binary is distributed by this preview.

When a release is published, compare its checksum before opening it. In PowerShell:

Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 -LiteralPath .\Syrinx-Setup.exe

Use the actual downloaded filename. Compare the output against {CHECKSUM} for the exact release. Inspect the installer’s digital signature and publisher too. The expected publisher is not yet documented.

SmartScreen

New or uncommon apps may trigger a Windows reputation warning. Do not bypass a warning unless you can establish the release source and verify the signature and hash. See Security.
